How We Handle Your Data

What happens to the materials you send

Deal data is sensitive. This page describes, in plain terms, how Vantage handles the materials you share — and which certifications we do not hold.

What Happens to Your Materials

One process for every report

Before you share anything

We sign a mutual NDA before reviewing confidential material. How your materials may be used is governed by your engagement terms — the NDA and the Master Services Agreement.

Key points:

  • ✓ Mutual NDA before any confidential material is shared
  • ✓ Your engagement terms govern use of your materials
  • ✓ Share only what the report needs

How reports are produced

Vantage reports are produced with the help of an outside AI provider, Anthropic, through its API. The materials you send are processed by that provider in order to produce your report, alongside public records. Full reports are then reviewed by Arvind Ravinutala, MD, and Aswini Ravinutala, BME; the Quick Screen is automated.

Key points:

  • ✓ Materials processed through Anthropic’s API to produce your report
  • ✓ Public records from FDA, SEC, ClinicalTrials.gov, USPTO, CMS and other sources
  • ✓ Site forms and API calls use encrypted (HTTPS) connections

Stage by Stage

From intake to after delivery

Stage What happens
Intake Forms on this site collect contact and engagement details. Confidential materials are exchanged after the NDA is signed, by the method we agree with you by email.
Analysis Your materials are processed with the help of Anthropic’s API alongside public records. Full reports are reviewed by our physician and biomedical engineer.
Delivery The report is delivered to the contact named in your engagement.
Afterward De-identified information may be used to improve Vantage’s own models, as your engagement terms allow. Your materials are not shared with other clients. Retention and deletion follow your engagement terms.

Certifications We Don’t Hold

We don’t publish claims we can’t back

Vantage does not currently hold a SOC 2 attestation or offer a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, so please don’t send protected health information. The AI provider’s handling of the data it processes is governed by its own commercial terms.

If your engagement needs specific controls, raise them before you share materials and we’ll tell you plainly what we can and can’t do.

What You Can Ask Us

About your engagement’s data

  • Ask what we hold about your engagement

  • Ask us to delete the source documents you sent — we’ll confirm by email once it’s done

  • Ask for the terms that govern use and retention of your materials; see also our privacy policy
